	OUTREACH SERVICE PROJECT Oumany has worked at the MRC since December 2002. Her background is Links to Learning and other education programs. Oumany speaks Lao and Thai.

	NESB YOUTH POLICY WORKER Tara has been working at the MRC since December 2003. Her background is in community arts and sustainable community development.

	SPANISH SPEAKING COMMUNITY SETTLEMENT SERVICE Dalila is the Community Settlement Services Worker for the Chilean Community Services Network. She also works with other South American Communities. Dalila is fluent in both English and Spanish.

	MULTICULTURAL AGED RESOURCE SERVICES Zafirah has been working with the MRC since April 2003. She has an educational background in Humanities and Social Analysis. Her interests include working with the elderly and working for the community.

	ETHNIC AGED CARE PROJECT SENIOR COORDINATOR Juana is the Senior Coordinator of the Ethnic Aged Care Project. She has worked in the Centre since 1994 holding various positions such as the Multicultural Aged Worker, Bilingual Services Coordinator and Administration Manager. Juana speaks English and Spanish.

	ETHNIC AGED CARE PROJECT COORDINATOR Nhu is the Ethnic Aged Care Project Coordinator. She has been with EACP for several years and is currently coordinating 28 Vietnamese CACP's in Bankstown, Fairfield and Liverpool LGAs. Nhu speaks English and Vietnamese.

	ETHNIC AGED CARE PROJECT ADMIN Andja is the part-time administration worker for the Ethnic Aged Care Project. She is fluent in English, Bosnian and Croatian.

	ETHNIC AGED CARE PROJECT- FORMER YUGOSLAV/MULITCULTURAL Gizela is the part-time Case Manager for clients from multicultural backgrounds and former Yugoslavia with the Ethnic Aged Care Project. She is fluent in English, Bosnian, Serbian and Macedonian, and she also speaks Russian and Slovenian.
